    User cannot dial long distance

    IP 406 DS ver. 3.1 (56) of the Manager software. This user cannot dial mexico. They have a pass code for long distance and need to dial 9 in order to begin placing a call. They dial 011 and the phone cuts the dialing off and returns to the standard screen. Hopefully this is clear enough, thanks.

    New 5410 Phone Displays "Please Wait"

    Do not know much about the ip office systems or phones but the working directory is C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\config files. When I go to help and about within the mangaer it does not tell me the version there is a mess of text and sprecial characters.
