I installed a new ACS processor and now the receptionist is telling me she use to be able to page while a a call in incoming.
Right now the receptionist needs to wait until the calls stop (or answer and put on hold) until they can page the loudspeaker.
Anyone know what feature i need to change...
extension 300 will not answer calls when i pick up the handset, i've checked the ringing line preference ("Y") on the extension. Anyone have any suggestions?
i have a main office and a remote office, connected via vpn tunnel, however the phones at the remote office keep going down through out the day. Does anyone know what ports to give priority to or which ones to port forward? Or any advice on how to correct/fix this issue?

My bcm 50 Sometimes shows caller id, and sometimes doesn't. It's roughly 50/50 of the time. I've tried taking caller id off the lines in the system restarting the system then reprogramming caller I'd on the lines but has the same problem. Any clues?
Recently moved an Avaya ip 406 system and now I'm receiving ccc licensing "invalid". The IT guy changed ip addresses for the network without telling me. Now I'm running into this problem.
Does anyone know where the callpilot store it's past call data?
And how do u access it? For report generating purposes, I have an enhanced call center reporting server that gives me all kinds of problems and the IT ppl at this company are asking.
i'm currently having issues with the reporting portion of the enhanced call center. the connection currently states it has downloaded 12605% data, shows a good connnection, processing calls from May 2009 (is currently not processing calls).

Installed a new analog module for an avaya ip 406. The system is a 3.2 and the analog is a 6.2. I'm trying to select the unit but I cannot select anything. Help!
