Why is it I can't edit any CMS reports without getting an error?
I've tried editing the canned reports and custom reports. For some reason if I try to make ANY changes to the report I get a Bad Handle error.
At this point if I want to make any changes to any reports I have to rebuild them...
Is there any report in CMS or CM that will tell me the max number of trunks that were in use in one day? I know there is a busy hour but that just is based on time and not the number of trunks in use at one time.
I'd like to know if I ever get close to all trunks busy.
