    on/off switch ?

    Hi guys, When I first got my switches and routers I couldn't help but notice that the switches have no on/off switch while the routes do. I kinda ignored it at first but now i am curious what the logic behind? What techniques do you use to power cycle these things without yanking a cable?

    no rip debug output on hub and spoke frame relay
