We are using Intrado to manage our 911 services and they are having a hard time helping us get this remote office set up.
We will have a new clinic 100 miles away using VoIP phones registered back to our CS1K. We have a local number but for some reason we are unable to get to the correct PSAP...
We are using Call Pilot to front end our Contact Center and have come across a problem. When someone tries to conference through these menus we get a Call Pilot message saying you call cannot be completed.
This happens when a selection is made for a transfer so my first thought is the system...
I'm cleaning up our applications in Call Pilot and I'm looking for a way to find out where an application has been imported to.
I have some that I think I've removed all references on but when I try to delete the system tells me the app is imported but it doesn't say where.
We are just starting to roll VoIP to remote locations and we're coming up with some E911 questions. We are sending IP phones home with a select group and are trying to spoof their home numbers for 911 calls. We can see the CLID and the calling # composition appears to be working ok but the call...
We are to the point that all of our TTYs are in use and we're looking for a new way of accessing the PBX for service changes so we can use ttys for other applications. What are you using?
Since we upgraded to CPPIV processors and release 5.5 we get these messages about every 20 minutes:
SRPT024 CPM: CPM started protected memory sync.

We asked and were told this is normal for these processors and this release.
Is there anyone...
Anyone been to CRQM training? We're about to start the installation and we're wondering if we really need to go to the installation class or if the Admin class will get us to a proficient level for maintaining the system. The installation will be done by a third party.
OK I'm being asked to pick out this single number 1800 225-yyyy and reroute the call to a 1866 number. Do I have to define all of the 1800 number seperately? I thought I could set up different length spn's that are not left unique but appearantly not. Anyone got a clue hoe to get this done?

This is supposed to be a site for sharing ideas and information, take the time to share.

RRB selects the longest idle trunk.
Just loking for some confirmation, thanks.
