    IEXPLORE.EXE fails to load properly

    Some times, it loads well --> shows 30MB+ memory usage in Task manager. Many times, it shows memory usage of 17MB+ and fails to load the user interface... Any one experienced this ? Malwarebytes and Spybot show no culprits.. Thanks

    Cannot run .msc files

    Can any one help.. If I do Start-->Administrative Tools-->Services, I get this error dialog saying: "Windows cannot open this file: 'services.msc'" However, if I go Start-->My Computer--> Manage and click on services, that opens up alright.. Many other ".msc" files will not open...
