I know this must be simple, I just can't find the answer.
Can I remove the Recording at the end of my mail box greeting that direct callers to dial 0 for an operator.
I recently upgraded a customer from analog Copper lines to a PRI.
I assigned the Target Lines to the Night Ring Group.
Now when the system is in Nights the caller will hear "That Extension is Unavailable". Then it plays the greeting. Any suggestion on why this is happening.
Let me start by saying I think it is a carrier issue....but still wanted to put it out there.
I have a customer complaining of periodic one way communications on their Windstream SIP trunk.
It was working fine until we started porting over remote store numbers.

I am trying to get a Cisco IP 8841 phone to work on a UCX450. Has any body been successful at this? If so what should I be doing, I am stuck on a screen that asks for a activation code or service domain. Any help would be appreciative.

I am setting up a remote SIP phone for a Work from Home Employee.
I have the phone connecting and working but no Audio, i know it is not the port 10000 - 13999 not being open because my Nortel phones worj perfectly.
Any ideas???

I have an UCX450 and trying to setup (2) Nortel IP2004 telephones for remote users that will be working from home. I can get the phones to connect to the system but I have no Audio.
I got with the IT vendor to help me with the prot fowarding and he assures me that port 7000 as well as 10000 -...
I have set up a conference bridge on a UCX450, when you dial into the bridge everything works fine. The issue is when I goto manage the conference in the GUI interface, I can not see any of the calls that are calling into the bridge. Any suggestions before I open a ticket.
I am setting up a call center on a UCX450 and will be using SIP phones, Grandstream 1630. I can program a button to Log In/off but I'm not getting any visual indication that the set is logged in and or in Make Busy or pause.
Any ideas would be appreciated...

I willbe installing SIP trunks on my UCX20 this friday. AT&T is using IP Authentication and I am lost. I have done SIP trunks using a username and password with no problems any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.
