    Hey guys, I'm sure my questions are dumb but i'm very new to this system. I have found in the book how you turn outcalling on and off, but I didn't see how it knows what numbers to call. How do you program the numbers for outcalling? Thanks

    I'm new to this system and the guides seem a little confusing. How do you set up the automated attendant? I want it to pick up on the first ring and have options like "to speak to blah press 2". If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
