Greetings all, we are beginning to put together a justification to higher a developer to assist with integration, reporting, web page modifications and other development requirements with Content Server. We will be using OT Enterprise Connect, OT Records Management, OT Content Server, FootPrints...
Greetings All,
We have our instance of LES defaulting to the HTML view when users click on files. I've noticed that for Word and Excel files hyperlinks funtion from the HTML view. However PowerPoint files do not. What accounts for this?
Kind Regards,

Greetings Again,
<Busy day on the Forum!>
Assuming a core implementation of LES. What would be the key components needed to most strongly assist user adoption?
My Thoughts:
* Livelink Explorer Pro ~ Integration with MS Products, drag & drop to LL, drag & drop from Outlook, Windows Explorer...
All,
For a relatively small organization <500. What would be the Livelink staffing requirements and skill sets needed? Let's assume they are dedicated solely to Livelink.
My Thoughts:
* 2-3 Business Analysts (Requirements Gathering, Process Modeling)
* 2-3 Super User in Livelink...
A user posed this question of late… “When a 15 MB file is added to Livelink, and then another 15 MB file is added as a version. Is there now 30 MB of storage space being used?”
Or does the compaction process shrink the storage need? We are running 9.5 SP1.
Thanks Friends
