    problem installing ACS R7 PC administration

    Have downloaded the PC Admin 7.0.1.1 software but when I try to run setup I get an error message. C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not sutable for running MS-DOS and Micrisoft Windows applications? Any Ideas?

    can't turn off ringing at ext

    OK, This should be a no brainer, BUT. I have 3 extensions that are not assigned to VMS and that I do not want to ring at any time. They are just for calling out. I have set the three extensions in central tel programing for no ring on the three incoming lines. They are still ringing? Partner...

    incoming line not answering

    Partner ACS7 with R3L card. Three incoming lines, all set to automated attendent. When the main incoming line is busy the next call on that line just rings and rings (on caller end) does not switch to the AA or ring busy. I have 8 extensions the first 5 have mail boxes. Ext 10 is set to operator.
