Does it work? When I set my printer as OPOS in Aloha it greys out the option for logo printing. Is it not possible to print logos using OPOS drivers?

Everything prints great in aloha, but when i am in takeout and delivery, hitting the print receipt button does nothing. I can push print itinerary and it works though. Any ideas?

Just switched to using VISANET (heartland) and the FOH says the card was processed offline, yet EDC shows as authorized. "POS is ON" in EDC is flashing real quick like its constantly connecting and disconnecting, not sure if that has anything to do with it or that's normal. Any ideas?
