Been having issues with our BCM450 lately.
We were receiving some 'system out of memory' messages.
The whole phone system would reboot them.
We did some system backups,and log file purging, and then applied the latest 2014 updates.
The phone system no longer reboots, or indicates any alarms...
I am trying to add another IP extension to our existing phone system.
I went through as I normally do and added a new extension when the phone booted up looking for a DN.
Now it gives the error 'NO PORTS AVAIL'
I am assuming this is a resource issue.

For some strange reason the LAN2 which we just use for OAM just randomly decided on its own to start passing out a single IP address via DHCP.
We have setup and use LAN1 for VLAN Voice and its setup for DHCP, but LAN2 has never been setup for DHCP.
What would cause this?
I plugged in a new VOIP deskphone and it is telling me there are no auto DNs available to assign.
How do I manually assign it an IP or create another usable Auto DN?

I am trying to install 5 new 1230 IP phones replacing digital handsets.
I have enough IP licenses to install the new phones.
I do not have any DNs configured for these phones though.
I have tried setting the IP to auto configure DNs but the phones keep saying to DNs available to auto configure.

I can copy/paste "Control Set", and that works great. I want to copy/paste "Prime Set", but I can't seem to find a way to do it. I don't want to have to go through 200 lines manually and change each one.
Randomly it seems the Voicemail light will not come on until after the first call of the day is made/received. This only happens on VOIP phones. Only seems to be happening after the last round of updates. BCM400 4.0 latest updates.

Since an upgrade from 3.6 2.2c to 4.0 via hard drive replacement, and a full reprogram. Users are unable to dial an extension to get to a user directly, or to their voicemail before or after hours on our main line during the greeting.

I have a BCM400 that I am upgrading from 3.6 2.2c to 4.0 2.21g.
I receive the error "Problem with keycode file. Return value is 6."
The only option it gives you is to click "ok" then it quits.
Everything is legit, and the keycode came from a relible source.
Any ideas?
