Can anyone please tell me how to factory default a Mitel 5610 without the password, the password has definately not been changed from default but it will not work
All extensions are hot desk, easy to bar Logged Off extensions fom making external calls, almost set NoUser as a HotDial User forcing it to ring Voicemail telling Users to log in if they "pick up" the handset. Problem comes if they On Hook dial an extension.

I have 2 500's running V6 both with VCM32, each has a 4 channel voice networking license, i thought i only needed a voice license for SCN functionality but i can only make 4 concurrent calls. Is this a license issue or am i missing something?
