i monitor our outbound campaign, and it shows that only 5 calls are being presented to the agents per minute.. i have a lot of idle agents.
how can it increase to 10 or more calls?
is there a way to disable or delete the greeting -> "at the tone please leave your message, when you are finish recording just hang up or press 1 for more options"..?
using external telephone.. when i dial the CPmini auto attendant and I press 88 or **, it will prompt to access your voice mailbox..
can it be DISABLE?
one of our mailbox, is prompting mailbox is full.. we we check the profile it is only 30%. also the check box - "block msg when mailbox is full" is uncheck.
other mailbox is okay.
can i do callpilot upgrade from version 4.0 to 5.0 without the scsi cd-rom?
can i copy the image disks to a network drive, then load and perform the upgrade from a network folder?
