    BCM shows anonymous as CID

    I believe it all started when we changed from H323 to SIP sttings on VOIP trunks. The incomming CID from outside works fine, it is only on VOIP calls.     BCM 400 updates

    I am trying to load a patch onto the BCM 400 4.0 and when clicking on the "Get New Updates" button, nothing happens. I am doing this remotely so I am not in front of the BCM, but I did reboot the BCM. Not power down. Anybody know why this is happening and what to do to fix it?

    BCM 400 4.0 Ringing while using speaker phone.

    As an example. I have my ringer volume set pretty low, while I am on a call using the speaker and another call comes in, it is at a much higher/louder volume. Is this normal? Shouldn't the second call always come in at a lower volume, even if using the speaker???
