    phone cut out sometimes

    Hi, I wonder if someone could help. Sometimes our reception cisco phone cuts out in the middle of a conversation. Do you know how I could start troubleshooting this issue? I am guessing the cisco phone is on his way out. 7961G Any suggestions? Thanks,

    I get an E6304 error when backing up, i dont know what the problem is, i havent changed anything. Also i get an error on the SONY tape library SONY LIB_81. "Drive information 51" and "Drive information 32" Any quick ideas?
