    wireless card locks up computer

    I have Windows XP on a computer with an older IWill vx133u motherboard with a VIA chip set. When a Belkin F5D8000 network card is inserted into the Belkin PCI card during set up, the computer immediately locks up. If the network card is removed, the computer is fine. I can start in safe mode...
