I initiated call fowarding for one extension to another and when the terminating ext. doesn't pick up, it doesn't go to voicemail.
The way I enabled call fwding is by signing on the extension using IP Softphone (the ext. is remote) and then clicked on the call fwd button.

I need to enable call forwarding to another internal extension. Besides pushing the "call fwd" button is there another way to do this? Such as changing the ext. to a virtual ext. and then enable call forwarding in ASA.
