    Call forwarding to another ext. doesn't go to voicemail

    I initiated call fowarding for one extension to another and when the terminating ext. doesn't pick up, it doesn't go to voicemail. The way I enabled call fwding is by signing on the extension using IP Softphone (the ext. is remote) and then clicked on the call fwd button.
