DID Question
I'm trying to configure DIDs on my system and it seems to work ok except for voicemail. The call will never transfer over to voicemail when I use the DID number but when I call the main number and use the extension the voicemail will pick up after 4 rings. Company Directory not Available?
I have the Make directory available checked in the CallPilot settings but when I dial in to test the directory I get a message saying the company directory is not available. The directory has worked in the past. I haven't made any changes to the call pilot settings since this last worked...- madx2
