    issues with PRI not responding on the hour

    Off premise forward on auto attendant

    Hello I have an issue with off premise forward on ip office. I would like patients to press 1 to be sent to our answering service and 3 to our prime hospital. I have the short codes build but I get incompatible when I try dialing. Any help would be aprreciated.

    Desktop Messaging

    I have a user whose Desktop messages are now showing as a message with a notepad and pencil instead of the phone icon. When you click the message it appears as an email instead of the call pilot player. Anyone have any ideas?

    DID card on Nortel 7.1

    Can someone help. I have a DID card installed in a 12X0 expansion module in the 3rd slot. Hardware shows the lines as 129-132. I have changed the card type from LOOP to DID but I am not getting the option to enter the rec'd digits. Am I missing a step? Thanks
