    Mitel 6910 sets will not accept button programming

    I tried to set programmable button for Direct To Voicemail; we are using Mitel Connect Director, Build 22.18.4600.0. None of the buttons will work when I add this feature. The top right button (button 5?) returns a SAVE? when pressed. TIA for any ideas you may have.

    Installing new PRI with QCC- need LDNs?

    I am installing a new PRI on Merlin Magix- DIDs are completely out of order- 4 main lines will come in and need to be sent to QCC consoles (2). How can I point them to the LDN?     Transtalk 9040 w/ 600A1 DRM-E on Legend
