Call-appr is typed and nothing populates to the right such as Auto-A/D or Rg.

G700 system with a bridged appearance on five phones. When call comes through it only rings on one phone. I have compared the phone that the call comes through on and the phones that the call does not come through on and they both look exactly the same programming wise. Any ideas?
