    CUCM - Call Manager 7 - Corporate Directory

    Hi Currently have an issue where our phones loose the Personal & Corporate Directory Service. The only way i have been able to restore this service is by - pressing setting 3, 33, and Erase Configuration. Does any one know why this is happening and a more permanent fix Thanks

    has anyone come across this before and what was the fix If i dial any number from my phone there is a 5 second delay before it is actually dialed but if i press redial it works straight away as you'd expect. I have reboot call manager and has not fixed the problem thanks

    has anyone ever come across POE problems when trying to plug new devices into the switch, keep getting ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi0/1: Power given, but Power Controller does not report Power Good Existing phones work ok but new ones wont work Any ideas??
