Why can't we see the name of the external caller(s).
We recently upgraded to succession 4.5. We recently switched carriers for our 5 PRIs. With our old carrier, when someone from the outside called us, we only received the telephone number. We recently upgraded our voicemail system from Meridian Mail to Call Pilot. I have/had an ACD 53828 that is set up to route to voicemail if callers stay in the queue for 180 seconds.
