I'm using an ISDN card in my 81C to provide 512K video conferencing (4 lines 64K each in theory). Suddenly I have a provisioning issue where I can only connect to the far end using 56K per line. This tells me that I have a setting/issue with my ISDN card? I had the local Telco look at the data...
I still do not get call history. I am getting my voicemail indicator and call display but I would like to see my call history. I've checked the settings on the phone and they look correct... yet, when I press Callers I get 0 regardless of how many calls I've received. I also made sure that teh...
I'm a noob so please bear with me:
We require more digital telephone licences as we are running low. I understand that licences and TN's are two different issues. There are 16 digital TN's on a digital card but do we also need a card for licences? Is there just a keycode from Nortel that...
I would like a TN to auto answer when called. I placed a "phantom number" on this TN so that it can be called but there is a radio CCT on it, not a phone. Is there a way to program this TN with auto answer?
Nortel 61C system, no users get any kind of VM indication anymore. This includes LPA and stutter tone. Call Piplot is sending the signal to the Mgate card, but the switch isn't sending a signal to the phones...
I have an 81C, seems that everytime after an ini many of my users complain that LPA won't turn off even after logging into the Call Pilot server and deleting their messages... I have to actually go to the phone itself and clear it under the options. However, it only happens to phones that have...
Dealing with a 61C
I know where my conference card is located, but I need to know how to query the loop number for the conference TDS card. Is there a way to print how many conference loops already exist in the switch?
XCT = 1 - 158 but I can't tell which ones are being used.
I'm doing this...
We just did a fibre upgrade to ur 81C as well as new software on both of our processors. Now, all DC powered call display analog phones, ie, 9116, have their LPA on even when they don't have messages. Anybody ever heard of this?

I'm trying to set-up a message for my ACD before the agents pick-up:
ld 23
FRRT 15
FRT 2
FROA Yes
As far as I understand these are the only parameters I should have to change in order for my message to come up. When I dial 7715 from any phone my message appears(77 being the switch "access...
A user would like his messages back from September. Every Friday we put a new tape (we have 4 in total) in the CP server for backup. Can I restore one user? It seems that when I get to the point to restore that it doesn't ask, I'm afraid that all 3500 users will get old messages back.
I have an agent in an ACD whose M3905 will not log incoming calls. I ran through the manual a few times with no luck, is there a programming issue?

I need at add OBV and RAG to a set but I can't seem to figure out how to make it an ACD supervisor. I keep getting SCH0745 as I possibly don't have the correct CLS to allow these features??
I have recently implemented some M3905 in and ACD. The main ACD local has call display, however, when you call their personal locals located on key 1 it doesn't tell you who's calling until you select the local. When you select the local it will pick-up and by then call display is usless...
I'm using my TS250 fluke meter to test ISDN. I programmed my SPID for channel A and B then called my test set from another DN. My test set rang when I called both SPIDs; does this prove that my ISDN line is working? Are there other tests, say BERT, that prove further? I'm guessing if it works it...
Using 81C switch, possible to call forward a single DN that is always calling me (tech) to the help desk? I only want to forward his local when he calls me, not when anybody else calls me, possible?
