I am trying to familiarize myself with the voice mail system..and I notice that under
AA>Tables> Table 1> AA menu prompt:N
What is the "N" setting in this menu option doing or not doing?

Customers accessing our voice mail are offered 4 choices. However, a caller selecting any of the 3 info boxes has no way of returning to the main menu and is then disconnected.
How do I offer the callers a way of getting back to the main menu.

To share a directory or files, I usually simply right click the directory and change the share properties.
In the "programs" directory the check boxes to allow sharing are dimmed.
There is a message at the bottom of the tab that reads " All options on this tab are disabled...

If the caller selects option 5 the call is forwarded to an extension. My question is, can more then the one phone be made to ring on that...
