Could any one explain how update the firmware on G430 Media Gateway and S8300 Media Server.
Which software should i need to use to upload the new firmware.
we have installed AVAYA IP500 with IP telephony solution. The customer has Fix firewall (Microsoft 4.TMG) when customer disables this fix firewall the phones are going to discovery mode. The fix firewall address is assigned in router address in AVAYA IP Phones.

We have Configured the SIP Trunk between SIP Service Provider & AVAYA IP500. We are able to receive/make both incoming and outgoing calls.
When we make outgoing long distance calls we are not able to hear the ring back tone.
