Windows XP pro sometimes will not shut down
Hi all; I have had issues with my computer not shutting down; START/SHUT DOWN. Have been running AVG 7.5 and occasionally had the problem, now have put AVG 8.0 to update and have had numerous refusals to acknowledge SHUT DOWN command.
