I've got a SC 1000 on an SX200 with ground start lines. When the 1st call comes in everything works fine. But when the 2nd call comes in, there is no notification of it. For the caller it just keeps ringing until the first call is disconnected. Is there a setting for ringing on busy? Jon

I have a customer with a Flsh 2 VM. Everything works, except if you try to play a saved message from the general MB it comes up an says "cannot continue". Then it exits the system. Has anyone ever heard of this? Jon

Hi all. I've got a 6X16 DR5 DS w/flash VM. When someone calls in and hangs up, the system does not disconnect. I set the lines as supervised. It's the same whether it goes to an ext w/VM or to the General MB. Please HELP! Jon

Hi all, I'm trying to connect an external ringer for a M7208 in a noisy plant. The dry contact port is already used on the MICS. In fact there was a couple of these connected before apparantly, but I don't know how. I think it had to do with the headset port? Thank's Jon

I moved and replaced the jack for a 4424LD+ and DSS4450 unit. When i pluged it in the display on the set was dead and the DSS is not working. what did i do wrong? I know nothing about AVAYA did I miss something?

I have a customer that wants his doorphone to call his cell when rang. I can make this happen, but when he hangs up the cell, the doorphone won't disconnect the call. It's on a CICS 6.1. Supervision is on. What am I missing??

HELP! I've got a SX200 that crashed. The 2nd digital card has line 5 and 10 on. The 3rd digital card has line 6 and 8 on. The Bay card TX & RX are dim and alarm light is on. The LED lights show E above and 8 below. The Superconsul 1000 and phones are dead. Can someone help me????
