ext 10 - night service button stays lit.
press it to disable but nothing happens...button stays lit and system stays in nights
confirmed button is programmed as night service button.

Table 3 - Greeting 4/ CCR Tree 4 answers.
Options 1, 2, and 3. (all transfer to hunt groups)
When I call and press 1,2, or 3 the call rings once, then I hear the same CCR greeting again.
The problem is intermittent (90% fails / 10% works)

Problem: The greeting is for the referral line voicemail.
The first 10 words or so are being cut off when calling 800-xxx-3787.
The same voicemail greeting is correct (no words cut off) when dialing DID directly.

I am unable to complete a Merge using the manager on the windows server 2008.
Status bar on bottom shows 10% saved then it stops.

I cannot get the reports to populate. No data appears in both the live and historical reports.
My first problem was that the skill sets would not even appear when I go to select them. I finally figured that one out.
For a live report, I select one or all skill sets to view.
The report columns...
Installed Call Center Server and applocation.
All tests on all ports pass. Everything appears as if it should work just fine.
However, when I try to look at reports I am asked to choose the skillset but there are no skillsets to choose from.
The manual says to disable and enable skillsets...
How do I upgrade my IP500 to release 5 from 4.2?
Do I install the IP Office Admin suite 5 and then run upgrade wizard from admin 5 manager?
Do I need to uninstall Admin 4.2 first or will it just overwrite files automatically? (For some reason, I think I read that somewhere)
