I have a CICS v4.1 and i'm installing a used Star Talk v1.9..
I want to re-initialize the Star Talk using F903 or F983 then CONFIG so I can reset the database
I tried F983 then log 120000 it gave me "not allow" response...
F903 Inactive Features..
My laptop is connected on my Star Talk...

According to our receptionist she's answering the incoming calls then it's look like fax tone then after she hangup then it will ring right away then that's the time she can hear the person on the other line..
one more thing she mention to me about...

We upgraded our CICS from v6.0 to v7.1
We want to use System Answer...
We want System Answer to Answer incoming call after office hours then play a greeting then hangup...
We don't have Callpilot or Flash..

we have a custodian and once we enable the Night Service he wants his phone to ring but in the morning it should be appear only...
Where is the setting that I need to adjust to make this thing happen?
