There is one site in particular that when people call us from there and leave a message it does not come to Outlook.
Any other source that leaves a voice mail populates...

If you're having fax issues be sure your analog cards are FW102 not FW103.

In the bottom section it shows VOIP Channels = 16
Does that mean 160 + 16 total channels supported?

Im trying to get calls to agents faster. I can see agents idle while im listening to music.
The call has been transferred from an application in call pilot..
Call pilot says "your call is being transfrerred please wait on the line"
I get ringback then it gives music for...
Is there a way to list or print stale DN'S and TN'S that have not been called or called out within a specific time frame..like a year? I run the ld 30 loop test to find unplugged phones and that helps for digital sets..but any old modem numbers will never show..
