I want to replace an IPO R9 by a new SE V10. The new server will have the same IP address and users/extensins config. The DHCP is delevered to phones by an other server.
The Idea is shutdown the R9 and replace it by the new R10. aS i HAVE 500 extensions, do we need to reboot the phones...

I program an expescting waitting time on IVR but I always get 0 minutes even with 4 queued calls.
Here is what I did:
1)Programe a new tag: EWT_A as user/time
2)New topic variable assigned to the the tag above with initial value 0
3) a- In my IVR with I put in my variable EWT_A_V (local)...
Any one know how to change the topic name displayed when the call is presented to the agent?
I have IVR choices in a topic and need to display the chosen service on the agent phone display.

A taskflow has several topics and each agent can answer calls from all topics.
but when caller hears the position in queue the ipocc is telling the position in queue for their specific topic.
so while there may be number 1 in their topic, if there are calls in other topics.
