How can (or can't they?)site B use coverage paths to the Audix over in Site A?
Right now I have it set up and it rings the hunt group for the Audix, and I have mailboxes set up...
I applied the Daylight savings patch last week. Now when I log onto the CM Administration, whenever I make a change and hit "reset" or "restart' the phone just sits there and does nothing.
Anyone run into this?
Ok, I can't seem to figure this one out. I have an agent (8813) who sits at ext. 6813. When you call either the agent or station it goes immediately to the Coverage Path.
The person is not on a call, and is working fine.
The real odd thing is this person can receive calls fine from the ACD...
The two people sitting up front that the Attendant consoles (Ext 8800 and 8801) are wondering about having their own personal ext/mailbox.
Without adding an additional phone to their desk...is there a good way to do this? I tried doing the Bridged line appearance but it won't allow that on the...
Hello all, I am trying to set up a new Fax mailbox on my Octel. I set it up, add the station in my Avaya 8700, but when I call the station the main greeting for my company starts playing. The mailbox itself never picks up...why?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Is there any small office PBX that offers a voicemail with a web interface? Not looking to spend a lot of money, but the customer is really set on being able to check voicemail through a web GUI and change A.A. stuff with it.
I have put in a bunch of small PBX's and nothing I have ran across...

Hello all...I was wondering if you could give me some insight. We currently have CCM 4.2 and have been looking to upgrade to 6.1.

Any help would be great.
I was wondering how I could add a new login for a person to just do some simple admin stuff and not have to give them the admin password?

Any help is appreciated.
Just wondering if the IP address for the H.323 gateway is the same as the IP for the web-service??
I am trying to set up IP trunks between this BCM 400 and an 8700 Avaya switch.

We have an 8700 here and a stack of G-700's across the street. We had an issue where the link between the sites went down and they (our central Call Center)...
Has anyone successfully integrated an Avaya 8700 with a Nortel BCM 400 using H.323?
