    SpectraLink e340 "No Func. Code" error

    A user brought their wireless SpectraLink e340 in with "No Func. Code" on the display. Other wireless phones set up on the same 3300 controller are not having issues. Any ideas as to the cause of the error? Thanks!

    Split Word Doc into 50 Separate Files

    I know this is a stretch, but is there a easy way to open a word doc, and save each page as a separate file? There is a hard page break inserted at the bottom of each page. I have the file in both Word 2003 and Word 2207. The doc contains templates that I need to pull out into their own files.

    Add-in Tab is missing in Word 2007

    I have a COM add-in that is active in Word 2007. It used to show up on the Add-in Ribbon, but now the ribbon does not appear. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Add-in. I tried running repair on MS Office. This add-in works fine in Excel 2007. Any ideas?

    Log File for User Programming Changes to Keys

    3300ICP v.9.0.1.17 User changed Call Forward Always on a SpectraLink 340e Wireless Phone. The Director wants a date/time to determine who changed it. Is there a log file that shows these changes? I could not find anything in Maintenance->Logs on the 3300. Thank you in advance for your help.
