Please see error log below. I have replaced the power supply in what I think is cab2 to try and get rid of the BSD090 error, but the error is still coming. We have 3 cabinets, is the numbering of the cabinets 0, 1, 2 - 0 being the cab with the SSC card in it? Does this look like a NTDK23AA...
We have an Opt11 at a remote location connected to a CS1000 and Call Pilot through a tie line. Recently the remote location has noticed that when they forward their phones to voice mail and a caller comes in through the menu and through dials, they will be directed to the general mail box. But...
We have two PRI and need to record calls on one of them. Is there a way to route incoming and outgiong calls to certain extensions to go over one PRI?
Thanks
Just looking for some opinions on phone upgrades.
We still have 2006's 2008's and 2616's and I was wondering what the best option for upgrading would be, should we go to the m3900 series phones or the i2000's? We have a CS1000 and sig server so to add ip phones we would have to buy more...
when a user forwards their phone to a cell number without the area code, the call will forward as long as the call comes in from the local area. If the call comes in from a long distance number, a message will say "We're sorry, you must dial a one with area code when calling this number" but if...
When a user forwards their phone to voicemail it works fine if the number is dialed directly. If the extension is chosen as a thru dial from our menu it goes to our "general" mailbox.
any ideas?

SERVICE RESTORE: YES
YEL ALM PROCESS: YES
ALARM STATUS : NO ALARM

We currently have a small remote site (12 phones) with a BCM50 connected to our CS1000 over MPLS but want to try to use DSL or cable to save on connection cost. I know QoS will not be honored when the packets start traversing the internet but I read that packet shaping and QoS over VPN helps...
When one of our sales people forwards his desk phone to his cell phone it works fine unless a caller tries to use dial by ext through the voice menu. It rings 4 times and then the call pilot lady says that the call can't be made and to contact your admin.
When I forward my desk phone to my...
We are testing the i2050 ver 3.03.0010 for possible implementation but cannot get the Incoming Call Notification pop-up to display the caller information. The desired information shows on the i2050 display but not in the tray pop-up.
Here is a test setup:

There is no caller information in the call notification pop up window. It does show in the i2050 display though. Is there something in the cls that needs to be enabled?

We have a BCM at a remote location (1) in a different area code connected to our CS1000 (2). The the first problem was that when someone at location 1 made a local call, it came to location 2 and out as long distance. So to fix this we ordered 7 local lines and route local calls out those. We...

We have a remote location with an Opt11 connected to our CS1000 and Call Pilot system through a point to point T1 plus 12 lines into a channel bank. There are about 20 users but only about 7 are ever on the phone and rarely at the same time and they do not use the desktop messaging features. I...
