    All lights amber on contivity 100

    I've got 3 contivity 100's, 1 is functional and the other when you turn them on all the lights go amber and nothing happens.     I've seen a few threads for different models stating there is a pinhole on the back but I don't see anything on the contivity 100 to reset it back to the factory defaults.
