Viewing BCM backup files
This is a side note (more of a contingency) for another issue I was having with not being able to restore BCM telephony from BRU utility. Anyone know of anyway to view the actual files in a plain text format to decipher what the settings for reprogramming the BCM by hand? I'm sure there's...- kfisherwsci

BCM 3.6 BRU Telephony restore error
Have a BCM 400 (3.6) and trying to restore telephony from BRU and am getting a error in the BRU.rep.txt file stating "at the moment it is not possible to perform telephony restore. Try again later" Phone extensions all out of order and nothing is as before. Any suggestions?- kfisherwsci
