We had an employee pass away and his family is asking for a copy of his voice mail greeting. I have done this in the past with messages, just exporting them to a wav file but never with a greeting.
I can't find anywhere to export the actual greeting and would really like to help the family out...
I just restarted my ccm server and received an error that stated one or more services could not start. It ends up that the ASM service is the only one that hasn't started. I try to manually start it and it starts then stops 2 seconds later.

Just installed latest PEPs to callpilot 4 this weekend. Also installed latest Manager/Reporter on web server as well. Version 4.4.4.30 I beleive it is. Manager works fine but Reporter states it is offline since the date of the upgrade. I have never had an issue with it before. Any ideas?

Came in on Monday and the realtime display was locked up. Agent desktop display did not work either. Reset server and realtime came up no problem but the agent desktop display didn't. I still get an error stating the server couldn't log you on....... Any suggestions?
I am trying to install the destop messaging client on my pc and I get an error that setup has detected call pilot server software. Call Pilot desktop messaging cannot be installed on the Call Pilot server. I don't have the server software installed on my pc.
