    Changed Published IP Address to LAN2

    and there is no dial tone. Changed it back to LAN1 and it works fine. Here is the predicament, and I apologize for the very amateur situation. AT&T installed the BCM400 and are close to completing it but haven't provided the support I am looking for nor have they provided a contact number...
