Hi. Have an IPO running 9.1.7 with one x installed on to a 2008R2 server. Works fine outside of a citrix environment but when using Citrix it says' "Checking for Messages" and the call log field is blank. Using IE. Apparently works using IE in admin mode so I assume it is a permissions thing...
Hi. Have multiple sites on an SCN and the users hot desk across sites which works fine. When trying to use ONE X to Hot desk at another site, it doesn't work. Comes up with the message saying "Your phone is logged out" It works fine locally, so if I select "Log in your Phone" and enter the...
Hi. We have 2 NCP's linked together. Each site can call each other fine. Site B wants to dial external numbers using Site A's ISDN lines. What do I need to do to achieve this. Is it tie tables or ARS?
We have an R9 server edition and can get the ONE X Mobile client registering outside of the LAN but the voip option doesn't work. We have an external DNS entry pointed to a spare eternal IP address we have and this in turn forwards/open ports to our server edition. The External DNS is for...
Hi. I know you can assign different MOH sources to park locations using shortcodes but is there a way to do this for park bays on soft console or Phone Manager?
Hi. I know it's not the latest R7 but the customer has intermittant issues with IP phones restarting or logging off. They are going to R8 in about a week (Can't do that yet for various reasons) so if there are any kown issues, I could put them up to 7.0(27) in the meantime
Hi
Has anyone managed to get a SIP ATA working for fax machines. I have tried a couple including the Grandstream Handytone 286 which works fine for analogue phones but not for faxes. I have pure IP connectivity so can't use analogue ports. Maybe I'm missing something on the configuration on the...
Hi
I'm having a lot of problems with DECT R4 quality of speech and occasional one way tx issues.
I have one system in site A which has all of the dect users and base stations registered to it. Another system is in site B across the road and the link between the 2 is via layer 3 cisco switches...
Hi. Have a customer who moved from CCC to CCR. Initially CCR installed on same virtual server as CCC was. CCC removed. CCC used MSDE but SQL installed onto same server instead. Lots of issues with incorrect agent stats, calls stuck in Q's etc so CCR moved to new virtual server and pointed to SQL...
Hi. Am looking for a cheap alternative to IP dect so am looking at SIP cordless handsets to go onto an IPO500V2 on a pure IP system. Have the 3rd party end point licenses and have tried to register the Siemens gigaset 5080IP sip handsets with no success. Apparently the Avaya ATA a10 is no longer...
Am sure I read something many moons ago that VM Pro shouldn't be installed on the exchange server. Did I imagine that as can't find a reference to it now??
Just venting some anger as there is an issue with Embedded VM not disconnecting analogue lines until after about 20 seconds after a caller has hung up and Avaya (Tier 4) say they know about it but won't be doing anything about it as that is how it is. If that is their attitiude then I guess we...
Hi, Based in the UK and have an IPO (4.2x) using SIP only. They are having issues sending faxes. I know the codec needs to be G711 and I believe the fax limited to 14,400 max baud rate. Has anyone else had any issues or is there anything else I need to do?
Has anyone used this free software?. If so do you load the bin files needed into it's root directory or do you configure it to look to the manager directory for any bin files?
Thanks
When following the upgrade path in respect of upgrading a 4.0 phone manager to 4.1, phone manager is removed from start up. This was a real nuisance for me this week as we had about 60pc's affected. The "Avaya" response is that "This is a design Feature and how it works" Not acceptable as far as...
