    Hi All. We are constantly getting a call from a fax (number 02072651255), other company's have had the same issue. Is there a way on a CS1K to block an incoming number or is this only something a telco provider can do? Cheers

    Nortel 5520 switch not passing class 2 traffic

    Hi there. I have a Nortel 5520 which I have been informed is not forwarding class two traffic. The switch is a pretty basic install with two (3 if you include management) Vlan's, the 2 configured VLANs are for Voice and Data and have QoS configured for both.     Nortel 1100 series phones

    Hi, ever since our phones firmware has been updated to 0624c6e the default password for the phones (color*set) only allows us to change basic voip settings (phone not data). Are we doing something wrong or is there a new password? Thanks
