Hipath 4000 Verison 3 and Octel 250
I have a weird integration problem with a hipath 4000 ver 3 and an octel 250. If a call comes across as Unkown from Telco, Octel gives the generic greeting, if the call comes across as ISDN, it gives the correct personal greeting. Octel Integration Issue, A tough one.....
I have an integration issue with a Octel 250 and a Siemens Hipath 4000 Version 3. I have Multiple PRI's coming from Telco to the switch and then analog integration from the switch to the Octel.
