Can anyone point me to where I find an administration document for the NRS setup - I have a customer who would like to be able to understand how it works and I searched the Nortel site but cannot locate the right document

We have multi-site SIP networked CS1000E and for one site the virtual D-Channel will not establish. We have compared the programing to the others and they are identical still no D-Channel - the trunks register and are idle
Any suggestions would be great
We have a new CS1000E deployed and cannot seem to get an out of the box us robitics modem to work. it answers and you see activity but no characters back on the screen - we tried with and without a nul modem and various speeds still nothing - is there a setup for the modem on the new CS1K?

Has anyone setup VNR to go to a primary NRS for all number resolution? we currently have the sites route via SIP to the main PBX where in the old school way we have it handling the VNR. I would love to point any VNR to the primary or alt NRS and handle it that way

I have a customer who has a new Cs1K with SIP trunks back to an option 81C and they work fine - the option 81C has 4 other sites tied to it all using H.323 trunks we cannot seem to get the calls to pass from the SIP to the H.323 to reach the far end any suggestions would be great.

We have deployed a Campus Redundant Cs1K HA - We have gotten the cores to sync via the high speed pipe but cannot get the Call Server, Alt Sig Server, Alt NRS Server or any phones to register at the Alt site. They reside in separate TLAN's through Nortel 5510 switches.
