We have a BCM50 with Norstar VM interface. This system is currently set to answer after four rings 24/7. We have one primary greeting followed by secondary greetings that are active at different times, i.e. open and closed hours. As our hours are unusual, we can always answer within four rings...
We are moving some employee offices to different locations within the building. I believe it is possible to have their desksets follow them without reprogramming VM and CCR or rewiring anything.
Can not find information in Call Pilot or BCM 50 manuals. Anyone know of a way to do this?
