Remote Access
Is there a way to set up remote access to an MICS or CICS using an internet connection instead of a phone line? Is there a third party device or something to connect to the MICS that I can hit with an IP address then use Norstar Remote Utilities from there?- socalnorteltech

T1 not releasing lines
I have an existing customer who has an MICS with 5.0 XC software and a T1. The problem is that channels 24 and working towards one are seized after a call is made.
