Is it possible to go through a Hunt Group (via AA) and the last step to end up at an indviduals existing mailbox ? or do you have to use a separate Hunt Group Voicemail ?

I have the following setup, mitel 3300 mxe using an Auto Attendant, press option 1 which rings an IP 5550 Console.
The above setup all works fine, however after a maximum of around 2 minutes the timers kick in and the unanswered call will go back to the auto attendant.

1/ Does COS on a hunt group take precedence over COS on a user\extension handset.
2/ If a user has DND disabled due to COS can a manager override this function or does it need to be done in the admin.
