Are there any known issues?
I presume it is the same as a 400 Pot 30 but a re-badge for BT.

I have a 856meg monitor trace that I need to look through.
Monitor will only read 1000 lines of info and the file is too large to convert to a text or word doc.
Does anyone have a way to read a monitor trace of this size?

Bit of a strange request but here goes.
Customer wants to play MOH through the paging speaker then when a page goes to the speaker the MOH stops and the page is played.
Tried two speakers, one for MOH and one for the page but they a complaining they can’t hear the page for the music...

Can anyone remember if the 5410’s using 3.1 (65) had a software issue with the call log on the phone?
The phone will log incoming but not missed or Incoming answered.
The logs are set to yes in the menu options.
They are on an SMO and it is system wide.

We Have two IPO 500 using SCN, Randomly calls are getting cut off. Using a continuous ping between sites the delay is on average 50ms and the line never drops.
Both 500's are on 4.1(15)
Has anyone experianced this before?

I have setup all my users on the 412 (4.1 15) as hot desk users, they can log in and log out as expected however when the 412 reboots the extension reverts back to its base extension,
I am running delta server as but it does not seem to remember where the hot desk...
