Our office has 1 main line that we recieve all of our calls on and we have a line pool that is used for outgoing calls. I-ATA Line Recieves but always busy on Send?
I have a Norstar CICS system with FLASH. I set up DN 237 for my fax machine and have no problems recieving faxes but anytime I try to send it always says that the line is busy no matter who its to or when.
