Trying to setup a simple call forwarding on a user with no handset assigned. This way we can forward calls there when no one is in the office or have them route automatically.

We have an sv8100 version 6 something. Is there anyway to page both Internal and External with 1 button on the phone? I currently can only separate it out with 2 buttons.

We have an ip office 4.1.15 with 2 PRI's.
Right now, it fails over so if 1 PRI goes down the other kicks in for outbound calls.
But I want to try and add this: any outbound calls use PRI#1, and only if that PRI gets full, then to use PRI#2

ACD question on our IP based sv8100 phones.
One agent in particular, multiple times during the day, will sit IDLE but she will not get any calls.
Once she hits speaker twice or logs out/in of the ACD, then she starts receiving calls again.
I reset the phone to factory defaults and re-connected...

I am having trouble getting barge-in to work for extensions that are setup with ACD.
I can get it to work with non-acd extensions.
When I attempt to barge-in on an ACD call, it gives a "denied".
